At about 9:00 Monday night I found my ac was not working, the next morning I called SOS. Steve answered and told me he was busy that morning and in to the afternoon but he would get there as soon as he could. he got to my house about 6pm [long day for him I had called him about 7:30 am and he was on the road then] but you would have never known it, he was very polite and went right to it found the cause [a bad transformer] he replaced it, found someone had disconnected the drain tube switch. He reconnected it and cleared the drain. I asked about a new ac system being that mine is almost 15 years old and he told me that I had many years left in mine. Honesty like that is very refreshing! It was a very reasonable charge for the repair. over all it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend SOS A/C! ask for Steve.

SOS air conditioning ( Steve's old school ) Steve did an excellent job and takes pride in his work right down to the smallest of details. I had absolutely no issues with him removing the old equipment and putting in the new equipment. Steve's 10 year warranty on the equipment and wow are you ready for this, 5 year warranty on labor.
